Job Description:

E-Learning Content Writer
We’re looking for an E-Learning Content Writer with experience in creating courses. You’ll work closely with our management and focus on developing content. As an E-Learning Content Writer, you will be responsible for turning often complex concepts into digestible pieces of information and assisting with the creation of supporting content and visuals. To be successful in this role, you need to have experience with E-learning Domain. A background in copywriting is also necessary.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ready to learn company product and gather all information to write effective e-learning content for end-users self-paced training materials. Define role-based learning paths and create modules/learning units accordingly.
- Key stakeholders and subject matter experts are crucial to performing training needs analysis. Work with them or include input from these people to analyse what kind of programs will best suit our customers & requirements
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content (text-based, infographics & video)




- Create and administer quizzes based on the training imparted to check learner comprehension
- Present content in a creative manner that makes the learning process straightforward and easy for the trainees
- Apply different instructional methodologies/theories to drive learning and enhanced retention thereby achieving training objectives
- Host and manage training content on the LMS
- Periodically refresh the training content to stay up to date on the latest policies and processes
- Monitor the effectiveness of the training program during the pilot and implement changes based on impact and user feedback to ensure continual improvement
- Stay updated on all emerging instructional technologies and make recommendations about when to adopt certain systems to continue to offer the best learning experience possible
- Ensure continuous improvement of e-learning content & platform based on customer
