JOB OVERVIEW

-

- Responsible for receiving & processing reservations through Phone Calls, E-mails & Website.

- Ensure Accurate Booking Information.

- Actively Up-sell & Cross sell the products & Services.

- Effective communication with the clients.

- Regular & consistent communication with the Operation team.

- Responsible for reservation enquiries pertaining to M&G; & Lounge services.

- Effectively use available reservation system to capture all the required information.

Requirements

QUALIFIED QUALIFICATION:

-

- Diploma or BSc/BHM in Hotel or Hospitality Management/Aviation, Travel & Tourism/Graduate/Master’s in any discipline.

REQUIRED SKILLSETS: -

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Basic Understanding of Reservations Process

- Understanding of Hospitality Industry

- Customer Oriented

- Positive Attitude

- Familiarity with Hospitality Industry Standards

- Eager to learn.

- Personal grooming and etiquette
