JOB SCOPE:-

- Conduct feasibility studies for current airport service offerings and locations. ((Lounges, Meet & Assist, VIP Services).

- Expand brand presence and market penetration in the airport ecosystem.

- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with airlines, airport authorities, and corporate clients.

- Handle contract negotiations and RFP submissions for airport-related services.

- Maintain strong relationships with aviation stakeholders, airport operators.

- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to optimize business decisions.

​JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead business development initiatives to secure new partnerships and revenue streams.

- Analyse market dynamics, passenger trends, and competitive positioning.

- Negotiate and finalize RFP contracts with Airport Authorities.

- Represent the company in key industry events, forums, and networking opportunities.

- Oversee sales performance metrics and optimize business strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Experience: 8 - 12 years in Airport Hospitality, Aviation services.





- Education: Bachelor’s/Postgraduate Degree (A+ Business School preferred).

- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning.

- Industry Preference: Airport Services, Luxury Hospitality, or Travel Aggregators.

- Technical Skills: Financial & Market Modelling: Ability to create business models, feasibility studies, and ROI calculations.

- Presentation & Reporting: Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and report generation

- Travel: Frequent travel for business development and client engagement.
