Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ED Profee Coder to join our team. The role involves accurate assignment of medical codes for emergency department professional services while adhering to coding guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate ED Profee codes.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve coding discrepancies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in ED Profee coding.
- Certification in medical coding (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.

Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of emergency department coding guidelines.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
