Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Good Knowledge and experience of Casting components development (Foundry processes and Machining)

Drawing study and providing technical feedback to design team

Floating RFQ, TSO sign off with PCM and QS submission to SSU within timelines

Ensuring First time right development with PERT chart tracking

Exposure &

Skills in VPPAP actvities and closures

Scheduling of development parts and CDMM ownership parts.

Project Coordination for a Team at MRV.

Proto/RPT Route Component Development .

Material availability at MRV for Testing and validations Requirments.

Commercial Acumen , Capex & Material cost

Job Requirements

Experience

4-8 Yrs

Qualification

Degree in Mechanical,Production or Automobile Engg

Skills

Good Casting development knowledge

Drawing study and analysis

Casting process knowledge

VPPAP / APQP knowledge proficient in SAP, MS Excel and Powerpoint

Good communication skills required for internal department, inter-department and with suppliers
