We work with clients across key pillars such as AI strategy, digital transformation, and frictionless operations, helping them define clear problem statements, execution roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.The Domain Consulting Associate is a core execution role within Lera’s domain consulting practice, focused on delivering diagnostics-led advisory engagements for banking and financial services clients. Working closely with the Domain Head, the Associate converts practitioner expertise into high-impact consulting frameworks, toolkits, and client-ready deliverables, while owning the working-level execution of short- and medium-term consulting engagements. The role also serves as a critical feedback loop to Lera’s product teams, helping shape scalable solution blueprints based on real client challenges.

In addition, the Associate contributes to practice-building and domain thought leadership through research, articles, and white paper support.This role is designed for early-career consultants who want hands-on exposure to end-to-end consulting execution, client engagement, and consulting IP creation.

What You Bring

· MBA from a Top-Tier (Tier I)



institute· 3 – 5 years of experience in domain consulting, strategy, advisory, or research roles· Prior exposure to banking or financial services is strongly preferred· Strong understanding of banking fundamentals across key functions (Retail, Corporate, Operations, Risk, etc.)· Excellent analytical, reasoning, and structured problem-solving skills· Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (consulting-grade decks and models)· Ability to synthesize complex information into explicit, executive-ready insights· Comfort operating in client-facing, fast-moving consulting environments· Strong storytelling ability with logical problem-solution hypothesis building

Your RoleAs a Domain Consulting Associate, you will

· Execute product-agnostic consulting engagements across defined consulting pillars such as AI strategy, digital transformation, automation,



and data enablement· Deliver short- and medium-term consulting engagements (not limited to 4-week diagnostics)· Engage and interact with C-suite executives across banks and financial services institutions· Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business context and problem statements, map current-state processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and define actionable execution roadmaps· Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Delivery teams across multiple services and solution areas· Identify product and solution gaps during consulting engagements and work with Product teams to enrich and build scalable offerings· Translate practitioner insights from the Domain Head into sharp, high-impact consulting deliverables· Build Lera proprietary frameworks, Excel models, and PowerPoint toolkits for consulting engagements· Act as a feedback loop to internal Product and Platform teams, contributing insights that help shape scalable, templatized solution constructs· Conduct deep research across the banking and financial services domain using modern AI tools and research frameworks· Contribute to domain thought leadership by supporting research, articles, white papers, and consulting perspectives aligned to industry movement
