- Providing support to the Sales and Production team by timely dispatching materials to site

- Coordinating with Sales and Product dispatch team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

- Checking, analysing, evaluating the quotations

- Communicate effectively with sales team and clients

- Inform clients or sales team of unforeseen delays or problems in transportation

- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-dispatch support when requested

- Supporting customers to process orders by creating quotations if sales team is busy.

- Coordinate for manufacturing samples for sales team or clients with other vendors.

- Monitor daily stock position for re ordering and prepare PO.

- Notifying Damages of Goods to vendors

- Co-ordinate for inward material delivery including imports.

Check

Bill of Entries for customs.

- Enter, process, monitor and coordinate all import shipments, working closely with vendors, ocean carriers / freight forwarders, Customs brokers and trucking companies.

- Check suitable freight costs

Key skill

- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize scheduling backorders in addition to tracking and resolving customer issues.

- Reassign work as needed to manage customer's expectations making judgements based on current workloads and priorities.

- Monitor production activity and schedules ensuring that customer commitments are met,



clearly communicate status changes back to the customer in regards to early or late anticipated arrivals.

- Develop and update transport vendors dispatch schedule regarding.

- Call sales team/Customer to inform them of variances in delivery times.

- Provide timely reports to immediate Manager as requested.

- Possess very strong interpersonal skills and be able to discuss dispatch issues with Transport Vendors, Customers, sales team and managers.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate.
