Social Media Management

Develop and implement a social media strategy for the company across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Create engaging and visually appealing content showcasing company's properties, communities, and brand storyManage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across all social media channelsAnalyze social media performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, lead generation)Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platforms relevant to the real estate industryLead Generation & SEO:

Implement SEO best practices to improve company website's organic search rankingDevelop content strategies to attract qualified leads to the websiteManage and optimize landing pages for lead captureAnalyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvementPaid Advertising (PPC & SEM):

Develop and manage targeted PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)



to reach recent audiences and generate leadsManage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase website traffic and brand visibilityAnalyze campaign performance and optimize spending for maximum return on investment (ROI)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on real estateProven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community managementExperience with SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Search Console, etc.)Working knowledge of PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads, social media ads)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyA passion for the real estate industry and an understanding of current market trends
