Roles and Responsibilities:

- Execute all web, SEO, SEM, email and social media pages
- Design, build and maintain social media presence with content understanding
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Handle and execute the chat bot process on real time basis

Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree in BBA or MBA (preferably in Marketing)
- Should be good at MS Excel, content writing
