Key Responsibilities

- Strategy Development: Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies to engage consumers.

- Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.

- Organic Growth: Focus on building organic growth strategies, including SEO and content-driven engagement to enhance brand visibility.

- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO tactics such as keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and content creation to boost organic traffic.

- Email Marketing: Create and distribute email campaigns and newsletters.

- Content Creation: Collaborate on content marketing and website updates to enhance user experience and engagement.

- Performance Analysis:



Track and optimize marketing efforts using web analytics tools.

- Industry Trends: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and recommend adjustments to strategies.

- Vendor Management: Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

Requirements

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing (B2C social media, SEO/SEM, organic growth strategies, email marketing).

- Skills: Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook).

- Creative Abilities: Strong content writing skills.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
