- Should be apt in product costing as well as Batch costing including appropriate overhead allocation.
- Should be capable of establishing / upgrading / enhancing costing system & process in the organisation including experience in establishing CO module in ERP System.
- Capable of cross functional interaction and team management to drive cost optimisation process across all deptt and company.
- Capable of driving & guiding pricing decision to facilitate business but ensuring that profitability of company is not compromised.
- Monthly profitability & variance analysis including presentation to Management with corrective action/ improvement area.

- Should be well versed in ERP and Excel working
- Experienced in preparation of cost record as per regulatory requirement and getting them audited.
Skills
Qualification – ICWA / CMA with 15 year of post qualification experience
