Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Technical Lead / Architect to drive enterprise DevOps transformation, platform migration, cloud-native architecture, and governance initiatives within the CodeCraft Framework. The role will own architecture decisions, lead platform modernization, establish DevOps standards, and mentor engineering teams while ensuring a scalable, secure, and resilient DevOps ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive enterprise DevOps strategy, architecture roadmap, and governance standards.

- Lead CI/CD platform architecture, migration, and modernization using Jenkins and/or Zuul.

- Govern GitHub and Gerrit platforms, repository standards, and SCM migration programs.

- Design and manage enterprise Infrastructure as Code frameworks using Terraform and/or Pulumi.

- Architect and govern AWS cloud platforms across multi-account and multi-region environments.

- Lead Kubernetes, Docker, Istio, ingress, and GitOps platform architecture and operations.

- Establish observability, reliability, and SRE practices using Grafana and Prometheus.

- Define security, quality, compliance, and DevOps governance frameworks across the toolchain.

- Lead vendor transition programs, platform migration initiatives, and stakeholder management.

- Mentor engineering teams, drive operational excellence, and support platform reliability.

Mandatory Skills





- 9–11 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or SRE.

- Enterprise-scale CI/CD architecture using Jenkins and/or Zuul.

- Strong expertise in GitHub and Gerrit administration, governance, and migrations.

- Advanced Kubernetes, Docker, and container platform management.

- AWS cloud architecture and operations (multi-account, multi-region).

- Terraform and/or Pulumi for Infrastructure as Code.

- Istio, Ingress Controllers, and Service Mesh technologies.

- Grafana, Prometheus, and enterprise observability practices.

- SonarQube and/or CheckMarx integration and governance.

- Python scripting and automation expertise.

- Robust troubleshooting, incident management, RCA, and platform reliability experience.

- Experience with infrastructure/tool upgrades, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks.

- Willingness to provide leadership support for 24x7 production operations and extended CET hours support.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience building centralized DevOps/SRE platforms.

- Enterprise-scale DevOps transformation and migration programs.

- Platform Engineering and Internal Developer Platform (IDP) experience.

- SRE, DORA metrics, and operational excellence frameworks.

- Experience defining and implementing DevOps governance models.
