We have immediate openings for the position of ‘’Devops Engineer” for a reputed global MNC for Noida location.

About Position:

Title- Devops Engineer

Location- Noida

Qualification: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering

Experience : 2-5 years

Job Responsibilities:

- Remote monitoring of the services, and management of IT infrastructure
- Continuous deployment of Server Software products to both hosted and cloud-based infrastructure
- Management of IT Infrastructure that runs Services Monitor dashboards
- Receive, and react to Alarms. Create new alerts, monitors and response plans as needed
- Read and interpret reports (internal and from vendors)
- Perform ad-hoc reporting (and automate if useful)
- Monitor and assess service quality.
- Coordinate and lead response to service problems.
- Liaise with vendors and customers on service quality.
- Generate periodic report on Service (Uptime, Cost, Health, Traffic Growth)




- Work closely with Engineering, and Management
- Experience using monitoring tools such as Splunk , Qlikview , Tableau, Nagios, AWS Cloudwatch, Zabbix
- Solid scripting, and automation skills (Ruby, Python, Perl, Shell)
- Experience with IT operations (Hosted, and Cloud Based (such as AWS)
- Used configuration management tools such as Puppet , Chef
- Used continuous integration tools such as Jenkins , Maven
- Deploying web applications running in Jetty on Linux OS
- Experience with using MySQL DB, Hadoop as data sources
- Experience with supporting Commercial service and handling escalations

Preferred Skill sets –

- Writing complex MySQL queries, and Hive Queries Use of source control systems such as Git, Perforce, Clear case.
- Very good written & verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
