Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or related fields.

Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in packaging design, with a focus on box and wood packaging.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.

Material Knowledge: Strong understanding of box (corrugated, cardboard) and wood materials, their properties, and usage in packaging.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Design Projects: Oversee the development of packaging designs for box and wood packaging projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.

Material Selection & Innovation: Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to select appropriate materials (wood, corrugated boxes, etc.) that meet quality, sustainability, and cost objectives.

Prototyping & Testing: Manage the design and production of prototypes, ensuring they meet structural and aesthetic requirements, including testing packaging durability.

Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their packaging needs and present design solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers,



guiding them through design challenges and encouraging skilled growth.

Cost & Time Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while meeting technical requirements and quality standards.

Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure all packaging designs comply with industry standards, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with production, sales, and procurement teams to optimize design processes and ensure smooth production transitions.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, new packaging technologies, and market demands to propose innovative packaging solutions.
