Lead coordination between architecture, structural, and MEP teams.
- Develop and oversee concept, schematic, and detailed designs.
- Ensure integration of structural and MEP systems within architectural designs.
- Liaise with clients, sub-consultants, and authorities for design approvals.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and man-hours for profitability.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of design drawings.
- Submit quarterly performance reports of design teams.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to design staff.
- Ensure compliance with green building and authority regulations.
- Supervise design implementation on-site when needed.
Requirements to Apply
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with BIM and willingness to learn advanced tools.
- Strong knowledge of all project phases and MEP/structural coordination.
- Understanding of green building regulations and authority approval processes.
- Experience with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, etc.) and obtaining NOCs.
- Ability to ensure quality design delivery and provide site support when needed.
