Product Design and Development of Auto Components, machining

- Part Design and Assembly, Drafting

- Receive the RFQ from the customer to study the drawings, and if needed data conversion from 2D to 3D and drafting

- Preparation of BOM and Project Estimations (Raw Material, New Machine and New Tooling Costs).

- Feasibility Study of the new projects (In-house/outsourced).

- Design of recent Tools, Dies and Gauges.

- Develop Proto Sample with inspection report to send to customer, receive feedback assessment and Corrective Action

- Preparation of PFD and documenting Control Plan, FMEA and PPAP Document for new product approval. Preparation of process layout.

- Preparation of APQP documentation during new product development.

- Improvements Tool, Fixtures and Jigs

- Process Design and Development

- Reduce the number of operations/ Process, cycle time.

Technical Expertise:

- Solid edge

- Solid works

- AutoCAD (2D & 3D design and drafting)

- CREO (Part Design and Assembly, Drafting)

- Tekla (2D Drafting)

- Exposure to IATF , QMS Core Tools. (APQP, PPAP, FMEA,



MSA & SPC) would be a plus
