- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–5 years CAD drafting/design experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Robust 2D detailing and GD&T per ASME Y14.5; understanding of fits/tolerances and stackups.
- Ability to interpret and implement customer specs/standards, materials, finishes, and special processes (e.g., HT, plating, welding, NDT).
- Basic knowledge of machining, fabrication, sheet metal and/or assembly processes.
- Familiarity with creating drawing packs for inspection and firstoff.
