:

 Preparation of daily cash Flow of Renewable Projects under various SPVs

 Management of Inter Corporate Deposit issuance, Limit monitoring, Interest payments and rollover

 Ensure timely KYC compliance of all Bank accounts

 Ensure timely signatories update for all Bank accounts for both net banking and Host to Host setting

 Ensure timely payment of Interest and Loan repayment on respective due dates

 Preparation of monthly detailed MIS for Bank charges and ensure charges are levied as per sanction terms and ensure timely reversal of excel charges

 Accounting of all Treasury transactions in SAP on daily basis





 Automation of Bank transactions processing though various Products offered by Bank

 Ensure better co-ordination with Banks on day to day basis for smooth Banking transaction processing and provide timely support to other functions

 Investment in short term debt Mutual funds & Fixed deposits as per approved Investment policy Desired Candidate Profile & Key attributes

 CA inter or MBA Finance with at least 4-5 years’ experience in Corporate Treasury & Banking operations in Mid to Large size organisation

 Good verbal and written communications skills

 Excellent knowledge of MS-office

 Excellent Knowledge of SAP

 Multitasking & adaptability

 High level of commitment to work

 Excellent Knowledge of Banks operations and KYC compliance requirements
