- Discrepancy Management for all Motor/Health/Travel and Miscellaneous products as per the defined guidelines and TAT’s
- Quality Check to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Reconciliation of Open PID and Credit
- Drive Productivity optimization and effective people management within the team.
- Adherence of Audit requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
- Co-ordination with all stakeholders and inter department collaboration for faster resolutions and TAT’s.
- Lead automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
