HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited was promoted by erstwhile Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (HDFC), India’s premier Housing Finance Institution and ERGO International AG, the primary insurance entity of Munich Re Group. Consequent to the implementation of the Scheme of Amalgamation of HDFC with and into HDFC Bank Limited, one of India’s leading private sector bank (Bank), the Company has become a subsidiary of the Bank. 1. Conducting trainings and meetings with Sales and Channel Partners at regular intervals
1. Walk in Management
- Audit Compliance: No High NC in any Audit reports
- % Compliance of stated SLA: a. 100% adherence to Policyholders Protection Guideline. b. Compliance with internal SOP’s.
- Learning through eQuest Modules: Completion of all eQuest module
- Targeted Branch Administration: Admin related activities to be completed as per timelines & Standards.
- Enable process implementation across all functional areas to support and enable risk identification & mitigation.
- Improvement in Digitization
- Average Monthly consistent Productivity Score > 95%
