Education, background, level of experience:
- Diploma / Engineering in Ceramic Engineering (Regular Course) with minimum 5 years of experience
- Working proficiency in English
- Experience on MS Office and Email Handling

- Knowledge in various refractory testing and characterization techniques
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Knowledge in mineralogy, crystallography and phase diagrams

Qualifications

B.Tech
Min 3 years of Experience in a Ceramic / Refractory industry. Experience in the Refractory Monolithics / brick industry will be preferred. The incumbent should have:
1. Knowledge in Ceramics and Refractories
2. Knowledge in various refractory testing and characterization techniques
3. Analytical and problem solving skills
4. Excellent written and oral communication
5. Knowledge in mineralogy, crystallography and phase diagrams
6. Knowledge in refractory property – performance correlation
7. Hands-on experience in various testing and characterization methods pertaining to refractories.
