- Quoting using Point of Sales ( POS ) and policy issuance for EC proposals
- Follow up with Sales/ for discrepancy resolution for quoting information.
- Closing quote status in QMS (Bound cases)
- Underwriting for Global relations within predefined limits Post-Binding
- Branch Submission ( Premium Deposition : Cheque Inward )
- Held Cover Letter Issuance and sharing the same with / Sales
- Hand- over processing through QMS
- Post policy / endorsement issuance Quality check for agreed clients
- Sharing of policy soft copy with Sales
- Follow up with Sales/for discrepancy resolution (Booking)
- QC for Policy drafts where quotes are released by the Service underwriter
- Follow up with Sales for discrepancy resolution (Issuance)
