1)Working on global partner portal to receive instruction, query resolutions, uploading quotes, invoices, and policy documents.
2)Sharing instruction for QMS and quoting with the sales / Service team.3)Follow up internally to ensure quotes and invoices are issued within TAT4)Coordinating with UW for iteractions on quotes and checking of the Quotes with the instructions.5)Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure policy issuance within TAT6)Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements with company policies7)Ensure effective and accurate processing of all global transactions within agreed TAT to ensure timelyissuance of policy and a satisfied global partner.8)Maintain relationship tracker to be maintained on real time basis.9)Publish weekly/monthly MIS to global partner.
