Designation : Deputy Manager

Qualification : B.com/ M.com

Experiences : 4- 6 yrs

Gender Preference - Female candidates only

Salary Range : 40,000 - 70,000/month

Working Days - Monday to Saturday (Saturday's are half day)

Working Hours - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Saturday's half timing)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Check all the transactions in the bank statements to identify the nature of payment/Collection.

- Prepare Monthly/weekly/daily Cash flow

- Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement of all bank accounts

- Handling Daily Fund Transfer (Internal/External).

- Opening, Closing of Bank accounts, Signatories change, KYC of accounts, closure of non-operational accounts

- Daily Circulating FCA/EEFC balances & follow up for their settlement if needed.

- Preparing daily fund position report.

- Opening of FDS and Maintaining database of Investments

- Handling of Audit of Treasury Activities

- Negotiation of interest rates on working capital with banks

- Preparation of Interest Calculation on Borrowings (WC/ TL) & its reconciliation with bank and ensuring accounting entry.





- Timely funding of interest to banks on due date.

- Positive Understanding of Short-term loan products such as WCDL, PCFC, Commercial paper, Cash credit, Overdraft etc.

- Liaisoning with Banks to ensure smooth transaction processing

- Reconciliation of Bank Charges

- Investment In Mutual Funds and Fixed Deposits

- Thorough knowledge of functioning of Treasury processes and internal controls.

- Relationship with banks

- Diverse experience in finance, Accounting, Taxation and Audit.
