Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the retrieval and ranking algorithm of massive webpage data, using information retrieval, natural language processing, intent analysis, user behavior analysis, etc. to improve search results;
- Statistical analysis of search engine large-scale click data, mining to obtain feature information useful for search ranking;
- Based on user behavior data, optimize click ranking algorithms, research and develop click ranking models, and improve search engine ranking results

Business skill requirements & Professional knowledge requirements:

- Familiar with the principle of text sorting, preferably familiar with LTR algorithm
- Familiar with java / c ++ development under Linux environment, at least one scripting language python / shell, etc.
- Proficient in information retrieval, natural language processing, intent analysis, user behavior analysis, etc.
- Prefer to have large-scale distributed system experience
- Relevant qualified doctor degree is preferred

Experience Level: 10+ years
