We are hiring for Data Modeler in HCL Technologies at Bangalore & Hyderabad location who will be responsible for designs and maintains data structures for an organization's databases Responsibilities

- Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models.
- Evaluating existing data systems.
- Working with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows.
- Developing best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system.
- Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility.
- Implementing data strategies and developing physical data models.
- Updating and optimizing local and metadata models.
- Evaluating implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and optimizing data systems.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of proven experience as a Data Modeler or in a similar role,



with a solid portfolio of successful data modeling projects.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Collibra, and Erwin.
- Strong understanding of database management systems, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data requirements into practical solutions.
- High proficiency in SQL and experience with relational, non-relational, and multi-dimensional databases.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and reliability.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
