We are looking for a detail-oriented and insightful Cyber Crime Content
Writer to join our cybersecurity research and communications team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of technical writing and an understanding of cybersecurity, cyber crime trends, and digital risk. You will be responsible for producing high-impact content aimed at educating professionals, decision-makers, and the general public on cyber threats,
policies, best practices, and cutting-edge research in the field of cyber crime.
Key
Responsibilities
Develop, write, and edit high-quality, accurate, and engaging content on cyber crime, cyber security practices, threat intelligence, and incident response.
Collaborate with cybersecurity researchers, analysts, and legal experts to translate complex technical findings into accessible language for a wide audience.
Create blog posts, white papers, research summaries, newsletters, case studies, press releases, and social media content.
Prepare educational material and awareness content for workshops,
seminars, and training programs.
Track and report on emerging trends, real-world incidents, and government or legal developments in cyber crime.
Ensure all content is aligned with the organization’s tone, standards,
and compliance protocols.
Optimize content for SEO and digital reach, where relevant.
Maintain editorial calendars and manage content deliverables on schedule.
Review and proofread documents to ensure grammatical accuracy and technical clarity.
Eligibility
Criteria
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication,
English, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in technical writing, content creation,
or cybersecurity journalism.
Solid understanding of cyber crime concepts such as phishing,
ransomware, digital forensics, dark web, privacy laws, and cyber defense strategies.
Robust research skills and the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, reader-friendly content.
Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and technical vocabulary.
