We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Renewals Intern to support our Customer Success team in managing client renewals, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role offers hands-on exposure to client communication, sales operations, and revenue retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking upcoming and overdue contract renewals
- Coordinate with clients for renewal discussions and follow-ups
- Support in preparing renewal proposals, quotations, and documentation
- Maintain and update renewal data in CRM systems
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) for smooth execution
- Support in improving renewal processes and reporting metrics
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of sales/customer success processes is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel and/or CRM tools is preferred
- Self-driven with a willingness to learn and take initiative
