Role and Responsibilities:We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our energetic team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Running the process for onboarding corporate clients onto our company platform.
- Assisting Key Account Managers in handling client queries and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Managing communications to clients for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintaining all databases accurately and updating them regularly.
- Handling the endorsement process for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.
- Learning how to scale a start-up from 10 to 100 and actively contributing to our growth and success.
Candidate Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in corporate health insurance or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
