- Create order forms & Proforma Invoices (PIs)

- Coordinate with operations (production/dispatch) and accounts (payments)

- Share regular order & dispatch updates with customers

- Follow up on advance payments and outstanding collections

- Confirm delivery and drive repeat orders

- Track and resolve customer complaints

Requirements

- 2–5 years in customer service/coordination roles

Positive communication (English) & basic Excel skills

Strong follow-up, accuracy, and coordination ability

Process-driven, patient, and detail-oriented

Within 45 mins commute

Female candidate preferred (returning to workforce welcomed)
