Brief summary about the role

We are looking for a customer relationship associates who will have a strong understanding of the order process at SharePal, excelling at lead management, understanding customer needs, building relationships, and increasing conversions. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with solid communication & negotiation skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Job responsibilities

- Take up inbound customer leads & explain our offerings to them
- Manage leads & the order flow within the CRM tool
- Providing excellent after sales support to the customers
- Understanding customer issues and providing a timely resolution
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Requirements

- 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers welcome

- B.Tech/B.E./BBA/BCom or UG in any specialization

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication skills. English & Hindi

- Very good convincing & persuasion skills
