Key Responsibilities
- Perform Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgical procedures independently
- Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative cardiac surgical patients
- Conduct OPD consultations and evaluate patients requiring cardiac surgery
- Perform CABG, valve replacement, vascular surgeries, and other cardiothoracic procedures as per expertise
- Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiac anaesthesiologists, intensivists, and ICU teams
- Manage emergency cardiac and vascular surgical cases
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and quality guidelines
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and surgical records
