Role & responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly top line targets
- Responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets
- Responsible for Achieving overall GWP (Gross Written Premium)
- Responsible for sustainable Profitability
- Ensure month on month activation of agents as per targets set.
- Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations
- Responsible to maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients
- Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to Agents.
- Support/guide the Agents in all activities related policy services
- Train Agents/Channel partners on products, process and USPs of Company.
- Managing daily reports and MIS pertaining to the branch
- Monitoring daily receipts, payment and other bank transactions
- Policy issuance/Cancellation/endorsement
