We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships during the collection process, management of entire database in excel or in CRM software, after-sales services, and ensuring timely delivery of apartments with coordination of sales and other department.

The CRM will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that our customers are satisfied and receive exceptional service throughout their entire customer journey.

Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management: Lead and manage the CRM team to ensure smooth and productive customer interactions, from inquiry to post-sales support.

- Client Retention & Satisfaction: Develop strategies to enhance customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction through personalized service and effective communication.

- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize CRM processes to improve efficiency, reduce response time, and enhance customer experience.

- Technology & Software: Manage and leverage CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)

- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination in meeting customer needs and resolving issues.

- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor CRM performance metrics, analyze customer feedback, and generate reports for senior management.

- Customer Feedback: Implement systems to capture customer feedback and use insights to drive improvements in service quality.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing CRM team, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer service excellence.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate or Post-graduate in any stream.

- Experience
- 3+ years of total experience, with 3+ years in the real estate industry.

- Experience in the Tricity (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali) real estate market is highly preferred.

- CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CRM processes, tools, and software used in the real estate sector.
