Crew Scheduling Officer / Executive will be responsible for optimum utilization of resources in a cost-effective way by thinking out of the box, clearly communicating with the stakeholders, and executing the plan efficiently. Must be a valuable team player.
Accountability:
- Act as a first point of contact for the daily crew movement ensuring crew coverage in 24 to 72 hrs. window, maintaining 100% compliance with minimum disruption to the planned schedule and maintain On Time Performance.
- To support Hotel booking and logistics activities in the absence of administrative team.
- To co-ordinate with network planning / OCC to carry out required pattern changes in the published roster window and efficiently execute the change to the revised plan.
- Review and evaluate the planned roster and give feedback for future roster planning.
- Brief the reporting Manager on daily movement,
give feedback and generate required reports.
- To co-ordinate with crew scheduling manager and pairing optimization team for required pattern changes to have robust roster that can give high productivity, cost effective and minimum disruption to the roster stability.
- To monitor the required recurrent line recencies prior to utilizing crew for online flights.
- To adhere to company SOP’s and checklists.
- Any other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager.
Desired Qualification / certifications
Graduate in any stream.
Freshers with Aviation Management Studies will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
Proficiency in MS Excel is preferable
Experience in Crew Scheduling / Resource Management will be an added advantage.
