- Training & Knowledge Sharing - Stakeholders Management
Responsibilities
- Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.
- Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management
- Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback
- Implement system integration plans
- Monitor NPA and keep a track of it
- Customer visits for PD
- Identification of process and policy gaps & potential risk arising out of it.
- Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps
