Role: Creator Growth Lead / Community Sales Lead

Location: Bangalore - Bellandur (Outer Ring Road)

Key Responsibilities Creator Growth & Revenue

- Drive creator acquisition, onboarding, activation, and revenue growth across the platform.
- Own revenue targets and business performance for your creator portfolio/team.
- Help creators maximize earnings through content strategies, campaigns, and storefront optimization.
- Build scalable growth playbooks to improve creator engagement, conversion, and retention.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Community Sales Associates.
- Set goals, monitor performance, and support team development.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and drive high-performance execution.

Creator Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with creators and become their trusted growth partner.
- Solve creator challenges proactively and improve creator satisfaction and retention.
- Identify high-potential creators and scale strategic partnerships.

Process & Strategy
- Improve onboarding, engagement, and sales workflows for scale.
- Analyze creator performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.




- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve funnels and creator success.

Must-Have Requirements

- 3–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Creator Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, or Community Growth.
- Proven experience in acquiring, growing, and retaining accounts or partnerships.
- Experience leading or mentoring small teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work in rapid-paced startup environments with high ownership and execution focus.
- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems and creator/influencer dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with influencers, creators, or B2C sales ecosystems.
- Prior startup or high-growth company experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and reporting dashboards.
- Passion for travel, content, creator economy, and social media trends.
- Bonus if you are a creator or content enthusiast yourself.
