MagicDecor® specializes in customizing wall murals and decorative items through a curator-driven approach. The company emphasizes on-demand production and automation in its manufacturing process to deliver unique and personalized products.

We are looking for a Creative Lead – Branding & Advertising to own our brand voice and creative direction across all touchpoints. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on execution. You will lead campaigns, shape brand narratives, and mentor designers and copywriters to deliver impactful work.

Brand & Strategy

- Own and evolve Magicdecor’s brand identity, tone, and visual language

- Translate business goals into strong brand and campaign strategies

- Develop creative routes, big ideas, and content frameworks rooted in insights

- Ensure brand consistency across digital, performance, social, website, and offline creatives

Creative Direction & Campaigns

- Lead end-to-end creative for branding and advertising campaigns.

- Conceptualize high-impact campaigns for launches, seasonal drops, and growth initiatives

- Review and elevate creative output across design, copy, and video





Team Leadership

- Manage and mentor designers, copywriters, and external agencies

- Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations

- Identify skill gaps and support team growth through training and mentorship

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, product, growth, and leadership teams

- Align creative outputs with performance metrics and brand goals

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in branding, advertising, or creative strategy

- Proven experience leading creative teams or projects end-to-end

- Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, storytelling, and integrated advertising

- Ability to think both strategically and creatively

- Experience in D2C, consumer brands, startups, or agencies preferred

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
