Primary Responsibility : Creative Content & Brand Communication

- Create engaging video content for social media (Reels, YouTube, Ads)
- Design high-quality social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Develop ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns
- Work on video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling
- Create product videos, explainer videos, and testimonial videos
- Design banners, posters, brochures, and marketing collaterals
- Create creatives for exhibitions, stall branding, and events
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams
- Deliver creatives within defined timelines

Requirements

Key Skills Required (What we need)

- Strong knowledge of graphic design tools:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Figma
- Strong knowledge of video editing & motion tools:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication
- Ability to create high-converting ad creatives (static + video)
- Robust sense of typography, color theory, and layout
- Creative thinking with attention to detail




- Good communication and time management skills

Qualifications :

- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Certification in Graphic Design / Video Editing (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in creative design (video + graphic)
- Experience working in companies like Loom Solar Pvt Ltd or similar D2C / E-commerce /

Digital Marketing companies will be an advantage
