- Prepare accurate cost estimates for building works, renovations, and fit-outs.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to refine project budgets.
- Assist in tender preparation and evaluation.
- Monitor project costs against estimates and provide regular reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in building and construction cost estimation, preferably at the corporate level.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and market rates.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
