We are searching for a driven, strategy-oriented copywriter who would work alongside various departments and ensure all the stakeholder touchpoints complement the company's vision.

Founded in 2020 by Tarang Sanghi, Project X is an innovation lab, based in Jaipur, RJ (India) at its stealth-startup phase.

Our lab's designed to create and launch new companies, products and services. It's invaluable in jump-starting novel ideas that can either disrupt or complement existing companies. We draw from our cross-functional expertise and collaborate to create these current offerings.

ABOUT DEPARTMENT

Our strategists are entrepreneurs at heart and hunt for true insight, then use it to build world-changing brands and ventures—through positioning, planning, and brand, business and digital strategy.

We fundamentally think that when we design a new product, service, or experience, we’re simultaneously designing the broader business strategy and roadmap for future growth.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate - Work alongside management, project managers, human resource and IT to create, edit and revise in-house correspondence, technical documentation and customer-facing materials.




- Management - Assist in communicating the company's vision by documenting company-wide policies and guidelines.

- Project Manager - Create presentation, email and proposal templates.

- Human Resource - Write compelling job descriptions and design technical questions.

- Information Technology - Translate technical concepts into simpler troubleshoot documents.

- Research - Perform thorough subject-matter research (combining online sources, interviews and studies) and curate findings into various reports/proposals/presentations.

- Present - Explain strategic solutions to management and make revisions as needed.

- Maintain - Templatize documents that are regularly needed by various departments and ensure they are timely upgraded.

KPIs

- Ensure uniformity in company-wide communications both online and offline.

- Align the company's vision and brand (in terms of style, fonts, images and tone) for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 2+ years

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

Relevant degree/diploma or experience as a strategic writer/copywriter in a start-up (preferable).

SOFTWARE & APPLICATIONS

- Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp

- Skill in Microsoft Office
