We are seeking an experienced Contracts Management Consultant with solid exposure to contracts, procurement, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end contract development, review, and compliance.
- Oversee procurement processes and ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Support PPP project documentation, governance, and execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for contract lifecycle management.
- Mitigate risks and ensure timely resolution of contractual issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Contract Management, or Project Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts and procurement.
- Strong understanding of PPP frameworks and government processes.
- Excellent documentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
