Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and OPD consultations
- Perform Phacoemulsification (Phaco) Cataract Surgeries independently
- Diagnose and manage Cataract, Glaucoma, Refractive Errors, and other ophthalmic disorders
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Counsel patients regarding surgical procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up care
- Coordinate with Optometrists, OT staff, and hospital management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and surgical records
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, NABH standards, and patient safety guidelines
