Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and OPD consultations
- Perform Phacoemulsification (Phaco) Cataract Surgeries independently
- Diagnose and manage cataract, glaucoma, refractive errors, and other ophthalmic disorders
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Counsel patients regarding surgical procedures and treatment plans
- Coordinate with optometrists, OT staff, and hospital management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and surgical records
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and quality standards
