Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: min 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads & Linkedin campaigns, with a specific focus on lead generation and ROI optimization.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives and targets.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad group structuring to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track and measure campaign success.
- Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising to inform campaign strategies.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to align campaign objectives and messaging.
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate closely with design and development teams to create and enhance landing pages that convert.
- Lookout for a LinkedIn Paid Lead Generation campaigns to craft and manage lead generation strategies that deliver high-quality leads and scale ROI.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong track record of success.
- Proficiency in Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a explicit and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Google Ads certification is preferred but not required.
