Key Responsibilities

- Inventory & Data Management: Tracking receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods; updating stock levels in systems.

- System Operation: Operating POS (Point of Sale) terminals, running batch processing jobs, and performing routine maintenance.

- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately entering data into computer systems and generating regular sales/stock reports.

- Troubleshooting: Fixing common hardware and software glitches, and performing basic network troubleshooting.

- Record Keeping:



Maintaining organized records of transactions, stock movements, and inventory adjustments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and data entry software (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems).
