Experience:
- Experience in large corporates, family offices, or consulting
- Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, tax structuring, and risk monitoring
- Can sniff governance issues from 2 km away
- Solid forensic mindset—basically your internal BS detector
Budget:
₹12 lakh – ₹15 lakh CTC per year
:
- Run compliance across all structures—trusts, LLPs, SPVs
- Handle FEMA, cross-border structuring, tax optimisation
- Create governance frameworks you’ll proudly ignore
- Monitor operational risk, cybersecurity, and financial controls
- Manage reporting so you never have to open Excel yourself
Academic Qualifications (Required)
- CA (Chartered Accountant) – the ideal candidate, period.
(Otherwise what’s even the point of compliance?)
- OR CS (Company Secretary) if you want a heavier governance bent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
Preferred
- LLB or Diploma in Corporate Law (makes them walk around with moral superiority)
- CISA / DISA (for tech risk & cybersecurity seasoning)
- CFA Level 1 (good for risk frameworks but optional)
- Certificate in Forensic Accounting / Fraud Detection
