Roles and Responsibility/ Duties to be performed :

- Lead the Coal Washery Plants Operations and Maintenance with key focus on profitability and optimal utilization of resources.
- Responsible for Production of Quality & Quantity of Washed Coal as per Plant Requirements.
- Inventory/Spares Management and optimization of Consumables in the Coal Washery.
- Preparation of Annual Budget, Annual Requirement of Consumables & Spares.
- Manage Environmental, statutory Clearance and Compliances.
- Exposure to Contemporary Coal Beneficiation Technology and Process Designing.
- Design, drawings and construction supervision of Coal Washery modification scheme.
- Experience in Coal Washery Project Execution & scaking up.
- Effective Manpower Management and Development of Employees.
- Ensure compliance and up-gradation of Quality management System & Energy Management System.
