- Perform MIG welding on steel structures, machinery parts, pipes, and fabrication components.
- Read drawings, blueprints, and measurements to complete welding jobs accurately.
- Carry out repair and maintenance welding of plant equipment and structures.
- Ensure strong, clean, and defect-free weld joints as per quality standards.
- Operate welding machines, grinders, gas cutting tools, and related equipment safely.
- Inspect welded surfaces and rectify faults or weak joints when required.
- Follow welding safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for timely job completion.
- Maintain tools, machines, and work area in proper condition.
- Candidates with industrial/factory welding experience preferred.
