UI Developer – Pune (In-house)

Location: Pune, India (On-site)

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience & skills)

What You’ll Do

· Convert high-fidelity designs from Figma (or similar tools) into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.

· Create user interfaces without detailed mockups, using strong visual sense and modern UI/UX principles.

· Build responsive, mobile-first layouts that perform smoothly across all major browsers and devices.

· Work closely with designers and backend developers to align on design accuracy, usability, and implementation.

· Develop and customize frontends for CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.

· Maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code with proper Git version control.

· Ensure accessibility, performance optimization, and visual consistency across all pages.

· Stay updated with the latest web design and front-end development trends.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

· Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).





· Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

· Ability to translate designs from Figma or Sketch into pixel-accurate UIs.

· Skilled enough to build UI layouts and interactions without complete mockups.

· Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern CSS frameworks.

· Experience with WordPress and Shopify front-end customization and theme integration.

· Understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals, color theory, spacing, and typography.

· Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), semantic HTML, and best practices.

· Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration.

Bonus Skills

· Exposure to React.js or component-based frameworks.

· Knowledge of front-end performance metrics (LCP, CLS, etc.) and optimization.

· Familiarity with front-end build tools (Vite, Webpack) and CI/CD workflows.

· Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.

Soft Skills

· Strong eye for aesthetics and usability.

· Self-starter attitude — able to work independently and manage deadlines.

· Open to feedback and continuous learning.

· Good communication and team collaboration skills.
